DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) POLICY
Last Updated: December 15, 2025
OVERVIEW
JuicySearch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), codified at 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also may, in our sole discretion, limit access to our Service and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
NATURE OF OUR SERVICE
JuicySearch operates as a search engine and discovery platform for OnlyFans creators. Our Service functions similarly to traditional search engines like Google or Bing, but is specifically focused on indexing publicly available OnlyFans creator profiles.
Important clarifications about our Service:
- We index only publicly accessible profile information that creators have chosen to make available on OnlyFans.com
- We do not host, store, or distribute any creator content, subscription material, or premium media
- We do not display or provide access to any leaked, stolen, or illegally obtained material
- We link directly to original OnlyFans profiles, directing traffic to creators’ official pages
- All content transactions, subscriptions, and purchases occur exclusively on OnlyFans.com
By indexing creator profiles, JuicySearch provides free exposure and helps creators attract new subscribers and fans at no cost. Users searching for specific types of creators are directed to the creators’ official OnlyFans pages, potentially increasing their subscriber base and revenue.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND DISCLAIMERS
Legal Consequences of False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. This means that you could be sued and held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you make a false DMCA claim.
Before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification, please carefully consider whether the use of copyrighted material at issue is protected by fair use or another exception under copyright law. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend consulting with an attorney who specializes in intellectual property law.
Incomplete or Invalid Notices
DMCA notices that do not include all of the required information listed above may not be considered valid under the DMCA and may not receive a response. If your notice is incomplete, we may request additional information before taking action, which could delay the processing of your request.
