REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Rocket Science Group LLC, operating as JuicySearch (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to providing a premium discovery experience for our users. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and subscription cancellations for our B2C Premium ($19/mo) and VIP ($29/mo) plans.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Premium or VIP service, or if you experience technical issues, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, subject to the fair usage condition below.
2. Fair Usage Condition for Refunds
To protect our platform from abuse, the 14-day refund is only valid provided you have not consumed a significant portion of your monthly credits. Specifically, you are eligible for a full refund only if you have used less than 20% of your allocated monthly credits. If you have exceeded this usage limit, the service is considered fully delivered and the payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be done instantly directly from your JuicySearch dashboard settings.
If you cancel: You will not be billed for the following month.
Access: You will retain full access to your Premium or VIP features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month and are not exchangeable for cash.
4. Renewals and Subsequent Months
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies strictly to the first/initial month of your subscription. Subsequent monthly recurring payments (renewals) are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription via your dashboard before the next billing cycle begins if you do not wish to be charged.
5. Account Termination
If your account is banned or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, or fraudulent activity), you forfeit your right to any refunds, regardless of the 14-day window or your credit usage.

To request a refund within the eligible 14-day window, please contact our support team. Include your account email address and the reason for your dissatisfaction so we can improve our service.
